How It Works
1. Consultation
Book a free consultation with our team. We will assess your child’s academic level, discuss goals, and design a personalized schedule.
2. Sign Up
Complete our online registration form to secure your child’s spot and formally enroll in our homeschool or tuition program.
3. Start Learning
Once registered and fees are settled, your child begins their tailored 1-to-1 classes with our specialist teachers!
Transparent Fee Breakdown
We believe in complete transparency. Here are the one-time fees associated with enrollment.
Registration Fee
Applicable to Homeschool Students Only
Tuition students do not pay a registration fee. This one-time, non-refundable fee covers administrative setup and academic planning.
- A-Level: RM500
- IGCSE: RM400
- Lower Secondary: RM300
- Primary: RM200
Refundable
Security Deposit
Applicable to All Students
Based on 2 hours of the standard Physical/Hybrid tuition rate for your child’s level. Fully refundable with 2 weeks’ notice upon withdrawal.
- A-Level: RM420 (2 hrs × RM210)
- IGCSE: RM340 (2 hrs × RM170)
- Lower Secondary: RM280 (2 hrs × RM140)
- Primary: RM240 (2 hrs × RM120)
Class Cancellation Policy
Out of respect for our teachers’ and academic staff’s time and lesson preparation, all schedules are officially locked and fixed 24 hours in advance.
To maintain fairness and ensure our educators are properly respected for their committed hours, please note our cancellation terms:
- 24 Hours or More Notice: No charges apply. The lesson can be rescheduled to another available slot with no penalty.
- Within 24 Hours Notice: The class will be charged in full. Because schedules are finalized 24 hours prior, short-notice cancellations prevent staff and teachers from reallocating that dedicated time slot.
Emergencies & Appeals: We understand that unavoidable emergencies happen. If a short-notice cancellation is due to sudden illness or an unforeseen emergency, you may submit valid supporting documentation (such as a Medical Certificate / MC or official letter) to our team for appeal and case-by-case review.
